I want to use Outlook Express that came with my IE 6.0 CD.

I thought I had everything set up correctly. When I send a message to person B (I an person A) the message sometimes goes to Persons B too. I used the OE6 TOOLS>ACCOUNTS feature to complete the requirements for my account (using the supplied Incoming mail POP3 server (mail.dav.net) and Outgoing mail SMTP server (mail.dav.net) provided me by my ISP). My ISP assured me (DAV.Net) (Disabled veterans Net) assured me that I was compatible with Outlook Express as well as Outlook2000. If it matters I am using Windows 98.

What am I doing incorrectly? And have you any suggestions? Your input is most appreciated.

I guess I dont follow what your saying. You are person "A" and are attempting to send to person "B" who sometimes get the message also? I'm thinking you had a typo in there. Can you please clairify so we can see what can be done.

Thanks Chuck

Maybe this will help.

Let's assume I am person (A), I email my son at the university (B) which he received, however my daughter (C) receives the same email I sent my son (B). What am I doing wrong. I sent the origional email to my son without a CC to my daughter yet she received it too.

Do you have your sons email address saved in your address book? The reason I am asking is that you might have it set up as a group address with both your sons and daughters addresses in it.

I hope this helps

Please Help. I just installed network cards into both of my PC’s with the help of Windows ME's Home Network Wizard. I had a few problems but solved them with the trouble-shooter. One solution I tried that didn't help was to rename the *.pwl files in the windows folders to *.lwp's. Now when I try to start Outlook 2000 I am prompted for a Personal Folders Password. I have tried my usual passwords but they wont work. I have tried renaming the *.lwp files back to *.pwl's and I have tried powering off the PC, removing the motherboard battery for five minutes, replacing it and powering up again. Neither has worked. Please help.
