I believe that Outlook has an export option. Go to file->export and this should allow you to export all of your mail. Then, archive it somewhere, like on a zip disk or cd, it'll probably be too big for floppies, and after you get re-loaded, just do file->import to get it all back.

A couple of things to look out for:
1. Make sure you export everything, you may have to run export several times, i.e. once for mail, once for address books, etc...
2. Make sure you export it in a format that you can also import. This sounds obvious, but just b/c you can export it as a certian type does not mean that you can import it. Look at teh file->import menu and note the formats it can import before you actually export the stuff.

Hope That Helps.
