Outlook Express on Citrix XP !!!!

We are running a database on Metaframe XP.
Within the database is functionality to jump to the web and send e-mails.
Is there anyway to enable the citrix server to forward or transfer the actions to the local client pc. Using the local clients outlook express for sending e-mail instead of the servers ?

I have setup internet url forwarding to local client internet explorer and hope to do the same with e-mail.

May I ask why you want to use the client PC to do this? You can use blat.exe to send mail without having to install any e-mail client. However, it is only useful for sending e-mail via smtp. Not sure exactly what functionality you are looking for.
