Outlook Express - Missing the Advanced tab?

On one machine running IE6 with latest service packs when you do:

Tools/Accounts, select and account, click Properties and look for the Advanced Tab, that is supposed to be there, but it isn't.

Any one have an idea how to get it back?

We just installed all the critical updates and SP3 (which fixed this problem the last time I saw it), but this time it didn't help.

Is this a hotmail account?

its because its an account that doesnt require a pop/smtp mail delivery system like hotmail or similar and goes out of the same port as internet explorer and other http clients
