Outlook Express message window size problem

Hi all,

In Outlook Express, whenever I open a received email, reply to an email, or start a new email message, the window that opens is not maximized.

The window used to open maximized, but now it opens to about a quarter of its size, and not even in the center of the screen, but off to the right a bit.

The functionality is still there, I just maximize it, but it is getting annoying having to do this all the time.

Any ideas how this happened, and how to correct it? I don't see any setting that pertains to this.
