Outlook Express interfering with my program

Any time I try to send an email with my program (using simple MAPI) outlook express brings up a dialog box asking for confirmation to send. how do i send my email without having to confirm? would i have to use something other than simple mapi?

you may use STMP to send emails in the way you would like.

Security settings on the target PC may prevent to send uncofirmated by hand mail messages directly from applications via common interfaces...
It is good (remember mail viruses)...
