Outlook Express Importing

Running Eudora 7.1 (paid). Trying to import outlook express mail files, but when I select "file" then "import", it says "I couldn't find any programs for importing". I reinstalled Eudora and checked the "importers" box, but I still can't import?! I have PST files from Outlook. Any ideas? Thanks!!
