I have created a group with a number of e-mail addresses in so I can send a newsletter out by just selecting the group. The problem is, when the newsletter is sent, it shows everybody's name and e-mail address who has recieved the newsletter, instead of just showing the group name. How do I stop the e-mail adresses in the group from showing to other people ? Hope this makes sense.

salfordred,

instead of trying to send them in the To: Field, you can send them in the BCC: Field, which will hide all the addressed that you put in there. That is, when someone receives the mail, they will not see who else it was sent to.
The BCC: Filed is located under the CC: field, but by default is not visible. To bring up the field, start a new message, and then go to View->All Headers. This will bring up the filed and you can use it like you use the To: field. Jay~

My new Tae Kwon Do website is up and running!!
