Hello - A friend has Outlook Express 6 on his WinXP-home machine. He was using MSN for his mail and now is getting a website. His domain is set up and he has Opened OE and set up the account for his domain email. He says it's the only account showing and shows as default. We have checked the settings several time and they are correct.
He is in a distant area so I cannot see his PC. :-(
Anyway, he connects to the Internet via dial up to Earthlink. He can do tools > send and receive > receive all and it hits the server gets the mail and finishes. All is well. But on > send all he gets an error. Likewise on > send and receive all.
I have set up his account in OE 5 on Win 98 and OE6 on Win2K and can send and receive his email with no problems but I can't figure out where to tell him to look to help him solve this problem.
Any ideas? Thanks!
