Outlook Express on XP Pro crashes when composing an email message and hitting the "return" key or inserting a "signature". The entire screen locks up and a message says that Outlook is shutting down and do I want to send an error message to Microsoft? All the work that's been done up to that point is lost. Outlook shuts down and erases everything. Tried running Norton Utilities but it didn't help. Any ideas?
