Outlook Express Changing Fonts

Hi

I have the default font set to Tahoma but whenever i sent an email the recipient receives it in Times New Roman. If I send an email to myself I read it in Tahoma, and its in Tahoma if someone sends it to me in that font but not if I create a new email and send it in Tahoma.

Any ideas on how to fix this??
