All,
Recently one of our directors has complained that when he tries to attach something in Outlook express from his laptop, when he clicks to go through a shortcut on his desktop, the shortcut (lnk file) is attached to the email!
I have seen this before, and thought it was normal behaviour, but he insists it has not been that way until now.
As he is the only one in the company with OE I can't test it out on other installations... (We have a standard desktop build which does not include OE)
Can anyone help? Is there a switch in Options that makes it go through links instead of attaching them, or something like that?
