Outlook Express and MSN email account

I have a web-based msn email account that I access through Outlook express. My problem is that not all of the messages get downloaded when I retrieve the mail. Also the email messages do not get erased from the server when they do get downloaded.

Any suggestions?

Open OE , Tools > Options > Read , tick , Automatically download etc .

I would also check the properties of your OE account. On the advanced tab, there is an option to leave a copy of the message on the server. Make sure it is unchecked.
