Outlook Express 6 smtp/pop ssl values change 1

service provide Sky.
I am trying to set up OE6 to download mail from my isp "Sky" broadband account.
I have followed the instructions from Sky and inputted the relavant ssl and pop/smpt values and initial this works fine.
When i turn off the computer and turn on again one of the ssl values has changed and i can no longer receive e-mail however I can still send.
To solve the problem i have to delete the account re-input all the information and then i can receive mail but the fault appears again after I shut down and reboot the system
The isp previous to SKY was Wannado "pay as you go" which i have removed and deleted.
