Outlook express 6 slow opening mail

I have tried all the methods to speed up outlook given on this site with no success. The only thing that I have noticed is that it takes outlook 15 seconds of hard disk operation before the first message opens, subsequent messages open normally. This is also the same when opening one particular web site (

http://www.willhill.com).

If this site is opened first mail messages open normally and if the first mail is opened the site opens normally.
