Outlook Express 6 problem

My problem is this:
When I double click any email, instead of it opening up, it minimizes to the bottom of the screen and I then have to right click that to maximize it in order to read it. This goes the same for when I want to start any new email to send to someone.

Any suggestions for what might fix this?

This should do it - also works with IE for opening new windows full instead of half size
