Hello,
I installed an old copy of Outlook 97 on my PC, purely to retreive some old Calendar info I had, & then un-installed it completely again.
Unfortunately, this completely trashed my default e-mail settings (OE6).
After a lot of playing, I managed to get OE to think it was the default application again, and got the Outlook Express entry back into IE Tools->Internet Options->Programs->E-mail again by doing the "MSIMN.EXE /reg" thing, but unfortunately, the one thing I cannot get back is when I click on a file within Windows Explorer and do Send To->Mail Recipient. This fires up a Microsoft Exchange Setup Wizard as though Outlook/Windows Messaging is installed still, which it isn't.
How do I reset this so Send To->Mail Recipient fires up a OE6 e-mail again?
I'm running Win XP Pro btw.
Thanks,
Mark.
