Outlook Express 6.0 will not save my account password

The problem is due to a registry entry.
Heres the fix
run regedit
uder this key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider]
Make sure there are no other subkeys or entries under the subkey s-1-5-21-*******etc.
and that will fix it
