Outlook Express 6.0 on Windows 2000 Pro

I am running Windows 2000 Pro. I am a novice programmer. I am searching for a procedure to utilize in creating a macro in Outlook Express which would insert personal information(ie name, etc...). I don't want to have to buy Programming for Dummies!:};}:}
