We are using limits on our OUtlook 2003 mailboxes and I have found that one of the mailboxes keeps reporting that it is over it's limit. The mailbox is currently about 40mb and the system keeps reporting that it is 400MB! I reset the limits on that one to 350MB to test it and got the warning this morning.

All other mailboxes are OK except this one. We've run an offline defrag and Isinteg, but keep getting the same error.

The only difference between this one and all others is that it is shared out.

Any Ideas?

Are you using Exchange?

If so, open the mail account on another PC and check all folders. The last option is to rebuild the exchange account.

Thank you!!!

What's in the dumpster for that user? Did they just delete 300+ MB of email? If so, it's likely still in the dumpster until the deleted item retention period expires.
