Outlook/Exchange Server issues

Hello all,

Here is my issue. I recently went from using Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I imported all of the emails and contacts using the import tool. As we were using an
Exchange server, I decided to delete the POP3 mail account and try and add the Exchange server account.

Once I tried to do that, it gave me an error of "This account or directory type already exists and cannot be specified twice."

I have tried creating a new profile and this still will not work.

Can anyone please provide any assistance?

That sounds like a bad install of Outlook. Creating a new profile usually resolves it if it's just a corrupt profile.

Can you get into Outlook Web Access?
