outlook Error 1

I hope someone out there can help with this error I get when I try to archive E-mails throgh outlook.

this is the error:

The item could not be deleted. It was either moved, deleted, or access denied.

now every user is given full control permission in exchange for their own mailbox and should be able to archive ANYTHING. Secondly, users NEVER deleted any of the mail messages they are archiving anyway. Can anyone please shed some light on this issue I am going through?

If you are manually archiving emails to archive.pst, where is that file and what are the permissions on the share/folder that the file is in?

the user is set to FULL CONTROLL

and yes, I am doing a manual archive.
Secondly, the archive .pst file was set onto a share and locally onto the machine.... both watys failed...

Try logging on as Administrator and trying it.

I had this issue before. There was corruption in the mailboxes in question. I ran an isinteg -pri -fix -test alltests -l c:\isintpri.txt
Since the server was down, I also ran it on the Pub. It cleared up the problems for the mailboxes.
