Outlook error "cyclical redundancy check"

I am searching for a program or technique for fixing Outlook .pst data files that have the error (cyclical redundancy check). I need to extract emails from an archive that has this problem. If anyone knows of any such program and they could please let me know that would be greatly appreciated.
