About a month ago one of our users starting receiving an error. This error only presents itself when he has opened the email and selects the "delete" button. If he clicks or hits delete using preview pane, this error is not produced.
Setup: 100+ users accessing Outlook 2003 via Citrix Terminal Server. We are using Active Directory and Exchange. Only this user experiences this error.
I have reviewed the applications running as well as looked through his settings in Outlook. He does not have a macro configured, nor any rule/alert that could be generating the problem. I am at a loss at this point. I initially suspected it to be a GPO issue, but only this user is experiencing the problem. While his "About Outlook" reveals the same version and service pack that everyone elses does, the Outlook splash screen he gets at launch varies slightly from others.
The only other difference is he is running a Linux PC and others are using a SUN system. But, again, he is like everyone else accessing Outlook via Citrix terminal server.
I am familiar with the yesclick program and like, but this should not be necessary since it's limited to this one case. The only alternative he has available at this time is clicking one of the time increments and allowing access.
Any suggestions?
