I get the message (something like): "A recently installed program may cause Office or other email enabeld programs to function improperly. Outlook can resolve this..."

I click 'No' always, because the message is rather cryptic as to exactly what it will do to 'resolve' this. Now, I'm not a complete paranoid-conspiracy theorist, but that sounds to me like a subversive way for MS to torpedo a 'competing' product. That said, neither Office programs nor Outlook have any problems, ie, they're 'functioning' fine as far as I'm concerned, so I have 2 questions:

1. Just out of curiousity, does anyone know specifically, to what this message refers?
2. How do I prevent this dialog box from coming up every time I open Outlook *without* 'giving in' and clicking 'Yes'?
