outlook error at startup

my outlook 2003 displays the following when I launch it = "C:\Program Files\SpamBlocker Utility\Bin\4.8.4\Redemption"

Yes, my PC had too many spamkillers - which I have since removed. It appears this 'hook' to Spamblocker lingers. How can I get rid if this message. thanks.
