Hello,

I have a small network of about 20 Windows XP SP2 systems, currently we use our Websites' Hosting company's POP3 server to get send and receive email. We use Outlook 2003 to send and receive email. One of my users send extremely coincidental info over email..........is there a way to secure (encryption?) his email account??...Are there any services that will encrypt or secure his account? We do not have to purchase an Exchange server just to get the security for that only one user needs.

Will that be just as good for th US? The link you sent is for an Australian website:)

Hi.

Take a look at PGP (They have a full-featured desktop email client encryption package which works well and supports all the standards.

A perpetual license is around USD 150, and shorter terms are available.

No mail server is required, though they do have a product for that environment also.
