outlook 'empties' to figures if subject is filled in

Hi!
Next problem:
Using XP-home tohether with outlook 2003

It's difficult to sent emails for after I filled in the receivers email adress (to - textbox) that disappears if I start typing in information in the subject textbox.

Any idea?

Also sometimes if I want to forward a message the 'to-textbox' becomes empty if outlook starts sending. That ends with failure that no email-adress is filled in.
