Outlook email Routing to Public Folders

Hello,
I have a question for you all. The office I work in has a bunch ( a lot!) of Exchange public folders organized by year.

like:
Public Folders
-Projects
--2006
---06001
---06001
etc
--2005
---05001
etc

etc

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on dynamically routing emails that come into an account with one of these numbers in the subject ( like 06001) to its respective Exchange Public Folder?

I think it needs to be a VBA app. It's a little to complex for a rule. There are so many rules.
