Hi all,

I am currently trying to find a way to email a group of people a list of options to select from. They will have 5 options and need to select one. Is there a way to do this using radio buttons or something similar so all they need to do is check a box and hit reply?

Cheers,

- Iain

Hi Iain,

I'm not sure if this will help, but have you considered using the voting buttons that come as default with Outlook? On a new e-mail message, select Message Options, and click Use Voting buttons. There are some default options there, but you can create your own. The responses will then come back as one of the options.

Regards,

Ian

Iain,

You could try sending the mail using voting buttons. You can turn this option on by opening a new mail, Then selecting options. In here check the box that says reply using voting buttons. You can enter your own responses separated by a semi-colon. Then just send the message off to the group of recipients.

When they decide to reply by using the voting button the subject of the reply will then whichever button they pressed.

Hope this is something like you need.
