Outlook e-mail 2003 new e-mails received in trash bin

I have a user that is receiving new e-mails from a specific user and go to his outlook in the deleted items bin.

Anyone can help? I would appreciate it very much.

Check the user's Outlook rules (tools ->rules & alerts...) for any rule that might be sending the e-mails to the deleted items bin.
