Outlook duplicate existing address list into a new a new address list

Hi hopefully someone can help me, I want to duplicate a list of e-mail addresses in an address book into a new address book that I have created..i have managed to create a new address folder...but not been successful in duplicating existing contacts into the new one and still retain the original...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have tried this too and have found that Outlook does not support this feature itself without the tedium of copying each entry.

I found some software that seems to work fine but have only used the demo version myself. Here is the link:
