I have one user who,intermittantly, gets an NDR saying that her email (Outlook 2003 SP2) was unable to be delivered because of an unknown error (really helpful!). The reason for the NDR, is that it strips off the senders From details, therefore leaving Exchange (2003 SP2) confused as to where it has originated.
If the user then re-sends, all is OK.
I have recreated her mailbox, checked all settings, and all appears OK. Have even backed up her mailbox,deleted, and re-created, but problem persists.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
