Outlook Drops Attachments XP 1

Outlook strips the incoming mail of all attachments. We are using an Office XP Pro, any ideas? Thank you in advance for your time.

Outlook XP blocks certain attachment extensions, this link provides a work around

This is a setting inside outlook but I can't remember where it is - once you uncheck the box all will be well - but you have to find it first!
