Outlook dropping connection to PST

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003,

My .pst file is kept on the server, and Ive had no trouble in the past,

However, every minute or so,i get this:

"Unable to display folder, the file could not be accessed because another workstation has modified it"

and I cant see my mail,


all connections to the server is fine? and I havent changed workstation?

Is there possibly a backup or something else running on the server that would access and lock the file ?
