Outlook downloading deleted messages

My Microsoft Outlook is downloading messages that have already been deleted...We leave the messages on the server, but none of the other systems running are having this problem. I have checked all the basic settings and can't figure out what is wrong. Anyone have suggestions for me?

I could almost swear that someone asked this exact same question at least a few months ago. Try searching around within the forums here, and see if you can find it - if there is a fix, it might be posted there. I'll look as well, and if I find it, I'll post a link to it in this thread..

What version of Outlook are you running? If 2002 then is there any help here:
