Thanks in advance for your help. My boss changed his signature and since then his emails do not reflect the font he has selected--Arial, black, 12 point. Instead, they are Helvetica, white, 10 point. He uses Word as his e-mail editor and he has no problems with Word. We have double-checked the font selection in his signature, the stationery picker and the font format areas under Mail format options. Where else might I look to determine why the Helvetica, white, 10 point font is the default? Thanks, again!
