Outlook doesn't keep settings

When a user is logged on to a W2K machine he can read his mails etc... After he logged of and another user whos profile is also in Outlook logs on he has to redo the set up. After that it works OK. Now when teh first user logs on again into W2K he has also to do the setup again to access his mails. Our exchange server is version 5.5. We tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook but no gain here.
Does anybody has an idea?

What do you mean "re-do the setup"?

Do you:

a) have BOTH profiles listed under Control Panel-->Mail?

b) have you opened Outlook and gone to Tools-Options, and somewhere in there (sorry--don't have CWO version set up here) have it set to Prompt for profile? That way, when Outlook is opened, it requests whose profile to use. Otherwise, it uses the first profile. Anne Troy
