Outlook does not display new email ....

Scenerio:

outlook 2000/2002/2003 stations
exchange 2k3 enterprise
single domain
message from internal and external do not display in the inbox until you perform a send recieve. Can set up a send recieve automatically but still does not display them until a manual one is done.

This sounds like the ISA server setup problem. After an Exchange/Windows server update (at least a year ago), a security hole was patched. This required a protocol to be enable in ISA server for Exchange server, but it is so long ago now that I cannot for the life of me remeber!!!

But it is the ISA setting that needs looing at.
