Outlook Distribution lists

Hi all.

every time i send an email with a distribution list it goes out over and over again. It is not in my outbox any longer and I have deleted it from my sent items yet it continues to go out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am using outlook 2003.

Are there any invalid or outdated e-mail addresses in your distribution list?

when you created the distribution list you may have set a reminder or in options, mail setup-there may be "schedule an automatic sent/receive every XX minutes" box checked
