I have a distribution list that I would like to forward to another user for use, how can i go about that?

Outlook Distribution Lists (Forwarding them) 1

This can only be done if you have Outlook XP (2002) or Outlook 2003 b/c these 2 versions store distribution list in contacts (taking away the need for a .pab file)
Steps:
Create a new email
Click on the black down-arrow on paper clip button to 'Insert File'
Select 'Item'.
In the top pane, click on 'Contacts'.
In the bottom pane, scroll down select the distribution list name and click OK.
Send email to the intended recipient.
When they receive the email, they can open the email and then click and drag the distribution list out of the email over to Contacts. Once the mouse pointer is on top of the Contacts button let go. The enw Distribution List is now going to appear in their Contacts!
