Need Major Help!!
Outlook is displaying it's disconnected on all client computers but our SBS Exchange server seems to be running just fine. I've even pinged it from each client and get a reply. Is there anything I should be looking at? DNS Settings/Etc? No changes have been made to the server?
Thanks,
TZeus

Have you checked that all relevant exchange related services are running on the server? Are there any errors in your server's event logs?

Cheers.

I agree with the above advice as a starting point.

I would also look at how you have configured your DNS.

1. Verify that the server NIC IP settings only list the SBS server IP address for DNS.

2. Verify that the server IP is configured in DHCP scope options as the only DNS server to be pushed down to clients.

3. Verify that ISP DNS is configured on the Forwarders tab in the DNS snap-in.

4. Make sure the SBS box knows it is a GC. This should be the default but verify all the same.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
