I've installed the TSP on my workstation and I am able to do some dialing from outlook, but I'm concerned that my dial plan may not be compatible with the way that microsoft deals with dialing properties and dialing locations.
I use nine a the leading digit to get an outside line, and internally I'm using seven digit dialing. When I enter someone's extension as 600 6666 in the contact for outlook, Outlook automatically adds my area code in front. I have tried using area code rules to get this working, but for some strange reason if I have a rule that puts a nine in as a leading digit for all calls within my area code, Windows all the sudden thinks that it is a long distance call so it adds an additional 9.
The long and short of it is that I can get either local outbound dialing working or internal extension dialing working but not both. Anyone else had this problem yet?
