I have a couple people who delete their emails as normal (click on the X) and the emails don't go into their regular Deleted Items folder as they should, but instead go into the hard delete areas of either the inbox or the Deleted Items folder - which obviously they can't get to. I can find no reason as to why this happens. Anyone else?
