Boss' email is on a non-exchange mail server (pop/imap)
Boss uses Exchange calendar
Secretary is authorized delegate of boss on exchange server.

At the moment, the email for boss is duplicated on the server and a copy was sent to the secretary's inbox.

When a meeting invitation is received, the secretary would want to accept the invitation on behalf of the boss, add the event to boss's exchange calendar and automatically send a notice to the invitor.

In the current setup, the event will appear in the secretary's calendar, in stead of the boss'.

How can I configure Outlook to get the event into boss' calendar?

Thanks!
