Outlook Custom Email with VB Script - need to avoid Enable/Disable Msg

Hey,

I have created an outlook custom form and distributed it to users, each time the email is opened the message box asking the user to enable/disable macros pops up. I have changed my Macro security settings from Medium to Low but this always switches back to medium as soon as i try opening the email again.

Any suggestions on avoiding/disabling this message?
