Not sure if this is the right forum for this but this one came up when i searched for outlook...

On the calendar view we can create a new meeting request.
in the meeting request window we have a field for "location"

i want to add a button next to this field that when clicked would open an outlook window with a webpage in it. This webpage would be the room booking page of our intranet.

in this window we would have a calendar view showing all rooms and their availability. A user should be able to locate their meeting date and select one of the available rooms. When clicking on the room name this should be fed back to the "location" field in outlook.

We are currently running outlook 2007.

Can this be done in 2007? and if not can it be done in a newer outlook version?

if yes could you provide me with an example or point me in the right direction?

Much appreciated!
Thomas
