I have a user that is complaining about his cursor placement in Outlook 2000. Wheever he hits reply to an e-mail the reply email pops up with the cursor in the "To" field instead of the body of the e-mail and he usually types over the return address then has to go back and cut & re-paste the address. Any ideas how to get the cursor back in the body of the message when the e-mail is replied to. Thanks for your help!

did you find a solution for the cursor placement. I have run into the same problem.

Is it possible that the user is hitting the Forward button instead of the Reply? If not, you may want to look and see if the Forward and Reply buttons have been renamed. The Reply should have the arrow pointing to the back of the person pictured, and the Forward has the arrow pointing toward the chin. If they are backwards, you can re-label them by clicking View - Toolbars- Customize, and selecting the button, then clicking Modify selection, and changing the name. If that doesn't work, maybe you could remove those buttons from their toolbars, and then add them back to see if they function properly.
