Hi All,

I have a user who is running Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP3. The application works all day with no problems, he can happily maximise, minimise etc. as much as he likes. However on an evening when the user is closing applications to go home he maximises Outlook and it crashes, occasionally it will allow him to maximise the application successfully but then he is unable to close it down, as it stops responding.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this, I have searched the net, and tried several things on his laptop but all to no avail.

Thanks in advance

Jez.

Since what you are describing is really a random phenomen, it is 99.99% related to that workstation.
If it really is an issue, fix the installation.
(or tell him not to maximize in the evening ;-))
