Outlook crash email recovery

My Outlook 2010 machine died and I have a backup copy of the files on the C drive just before the crash. This machine had a large Outlook Address Book and hundreds of saved emails in folders.
I have another machine running Outlook 2003 and I would like to transfer my Address Book and all of my saved email folders to it. I'm guessing that if I knew the correct files and where they are located I could do this.
Is this possible?
